PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a horseshoe lock having a new structure capable of improving crime prevention performance while receiving dimensional restriction.SOLUTION: A horseshoe lock comprises a substantially horseshoe-shaped casing 21 having an opening-closing space 24 between the sending-out end 22 and the receiving end 23 and a substantially circular arc-shaped bolt 31 for sliding in the casing 21. The bolt 31 comprises a tip side thick shaft part 33 and a base end side thin shaft part 35. In a locking state, the thick shaft part 33 is extended to the opening-closing space 24 between the sending-out end 22 and the receiving end 23 of the casing 21. Since the thick shaft part 33 is not positioned in a casing upper part 25 regardless of any of locking-unlocking, the casing upper part 25 can be formed in a thin width corresponding to the thin shaft part 35.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
【課題】寸法制約を受けつつも、防犯性を向上させることができる新たな構造を備えた馬蹄錠の提供を図る。【解決手段】送り出し端22と受け入れ端23との間に開閉空間24を有する略馬蹄形状のケーシング21と、ケーシング21内をスライドする略円弧状の閂31とを備える。閂31は、先端側の太軸部33と、基端側の細軸部35とを備える。施錠状態にあって、太軸部33がケーシング21の送り出し端22と受け入れ端23との間の開閉空間24に渡される。施錠開錠の如何を問わず、太軸部33はケーシング上部25に位置しないため、ケーシング上部25は細軸部35に対応する細い幅にすることができる。【選択図】図2
