ANTI-HEAT STROKE ALARMING SYSTEM FOR APARTMENT HOUSE INTENDED FOR ELDERLY RESIDENTS
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an anti-heat stroke alarming system for an apartment house intended for elderly residents that makes it possible to accurately choose visit-needing residential units having the risk of heat stroke and to do the rounds of such residential units in a highly efficient manner.SOLUTION: An anti-heat stroke alarming system for an apartment house intended for elderly residents is so configured that a remote monitoring center device 5 that remotely watches watch-needing residential units 2 in an apartment house 3 intended for elderly residents via the Internet 4 is equipped with a reference wattage setting device 5Ba defining the wattage of each elderly resident during his/her sleeping hours as a reference wattage; a presence/absence determining device 5Bb that determines whether or not the occupant is present or absent on the basis of presence/absence information, authentication code information, and consumed wattage of the residential unit; and a round setting device 5Bc that sets a priority order of confirmation by visit on the basis of resident information including information on the need of each resident for care or support and the presence/absence of the occupant of each residential unit.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
【課題】熱中症の危険性を有する要訪問居室を精度良く選定し、高効率で巡回することができる高齢者向け集合住宅熱中症警報システムの提供。【解決手段】本発明に係る高齢者向け集合住宅熱中症警報システムは、高齢者向け集合住宅3の見守り対象者居室2をインターネット網4を介して遠隔的に監視する遠隔監視センタ装置5が、高齢者である居住者の就寝時間帯の電力量を基準電力量とする基準電力量設定装置5Baと、在不在情報と、認証コード情報と、消費電力量に基づいて居室の在不在を判定する在不在判定装置5Bbと、各居住者の要介護及び要支援情報を含む居住者情報と、居室毎の在不在に基づいて、訪問確認の優先順位を設定する巡回訪問設定装置5Bcとを備えた構成になっている。【選択図】図1
