SILANE/SILOXANE-BASED EMULSION FOR CONCRETE TREATMENT
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a silane/siloxane-based emulsion having excellent permeability to a civil engineering structure concrete and without causing liquid sagging even when applied to a vertical surface.SOLUTION: There is provided a silane/siloxane-based emulsion for concrete treatment used for a structure, consisting of (A) alkylalkoxysilane and (B) polyorganosiloxane, (C) an emulsifier and (D) water, where (A) is one represented by the general formula RSi(OR), where Ris an alkyl group having 1 to 20 carbon atoms, Ris an alkyl group having 1 to 6 carbon atoms or a hydrogen atom and X is an integer of 1 or 2, (B) is one represented by the average composition formula R(OR)Si(OH)O, where Ris an alkyl group having 1 to 20 carbon atoms, Ris an alkyl group having 1 to 6 carbon atoms, a, b and c are each any value of 0<2.0 and 0≤c<2.0 and a+b+c is 3 or less, and having mass ratio of the (A) component and the (B) component (A/B) of 10/1 to 1/1 and total amount of the (A) component and the (B) component of 60 to 90 wt.% in total component.SELECTED DRAWING: None
【課題】土木構造物コンクリートに対し、優れた浸透性を有し、垂直面に塗布しても液ダレを起こさないシラン／シロキサン系エマルジョンを提供すること。【解決手段】（Ａ）アルキルアルコキシシランと（Ｂ）ポリオルガノシロキサン、（Ｃ）乳化剤、（Ｄ）水からなり、（Ａ）が一般式Ｒ１ＸＳｉ（ＯＲ２）４−Ｘ（式中、Ｒ１は炭素数１〜２０のアルキル基、Ｒ２は炭素数１〜６のアルキル基又は水素原子、Ｘは１又は２の整数）で表わされるものであり、（Ｂ）が平均組成式Ｒ３ａ（ＯＲ４）ｂＳｉ（ＯＨ）ｃＯ（４−ａ−ｂ−ｃ）／２（式中、Ｒ３は炭素数１〜２０のアルキル基、Ｒ４は炭素数１〜６のアルキル基、ａ、ｂ、ｃは各々０＜ａ≦２．０、０≦ｂ＜２．０、０≦ｃ＜２．０の任意の値であり、ａ＋ｂ＋ｃは３以下である）で表わされるものであり、（Ａ）成分と（Ｂ）成分との重量比（Ａ／Ｂ）が１０／１〜１／１、（Ａ）成分と（Ｂ）成分との合計量が全組成物中の６０〜９０重量％であることを特徴とする構造物に使用されるコンクリートの処理用シラン／シロキサン系エマルジョン。【選択図】なし
