EXTERNAL FACING MATERIAL CONNECTOR AND BUILDING EXTERNAL FACING FORMING METHOD
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent lengthening of a construction period, by exhibiting predetermined performance by an external facing.SOLUTION: An external facing material connector 24 comprises an external facing material connection part 50 and a support body connection part 52. The external facing material connection part 50 is connected to a fitting type external facing material. The support body connection part 52 connects the external facing material connection part 50 to vertical furring strips. The fitting type external facing material becomes an external facing of a building even when connected to the vertical furring strips by a plate penetration screw 22 in addition to a case of being connected to the vertical furring strips via the external facing material connection part 50 and the support body connection part 52. The external facing material connection part 50 is connected to the fitting type external facing material by the plate penetration screw 22. The flexural strength of the external facing material connection part 50 is equal to or more than the flexural strength of the vertical furring strips. The shear strength of the external facing material connection part 50 is equal to or more than the shear strength of an external facing material support body. The external facing material connection part 50 is connected to the vertical furring strips 14 in a strength equal to or more than the connection strength between the fitting type external facing material and the vertical furring strips when the support body connection part 52 connects the fitting type external facing material to the vertical furring strips by the plate penetration screw 22.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3
【課題】外装に予め予定されていた性能を発揮させ、かつ、工事の長期化を予防する。【解決手段】外装材接続具24は、外装材接続部50と、支持体接続部52とを備える。外装材接続部50は嵌合式外装材に接続される。支持体接続部52は、縦胴縁に外装材接続部50を接続する。嵌合式外装材は、外装材接続部50および支持体接続部52を介して縦胴縁へ接続される場合に加え、板貫通ねじ22によって縦胴縁へ接続された場合も建物の外装となる。外装材接続部50が、板貫通ねじ22によって嵌合式外装材に接続される。外装材接続部50の曲げ強度が縦胴縁の曲げ強度以上である。外装材接続部50のせん断強度が外装材支持体のせん断強度以上である。支持体接続部52が、板貫通ねじ22によって嵌合式外装材を縦胴縁へ接続した場合の嵌合式外装材と縦胴縁との接続強度以上の強度で外装材接続部50を縦胴縁14へ接続する。【選択図】図3
