ELASTIC PAVING METHOD AND ELASTIC PAVING STRUCTURE
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an elastic paving method capable of inexpensively providing an elastic paving structure having excellent impact absorptivity, by enhancing the contamination ratio of an elastic chip into a resin hardening layer.SOLUTION: The present invention is a method for elastically paving a stadium, a ground, a runway or a walking road, and when forming a first resin hardening layer including an elastic chip by a process of forming a coating layer composed of a first curable resin composition by laying-leveling the composition on a paving surface, a process of spraying the elastic chip of an excessive amount on the coating layer before hardening the coating layer and a process of recovering an excessive elastic chip unfixed to the coating layer after hardening the coating layer, the first curable resin composition is a two-liquid normal temperature curable type polyurethane composition including a main agent including urethane prepolymer, a hardening agent including a compound having an active hydrogen group and a nonaqueous surface adjustment agent being 8-15 in an SP value.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
【課題】樹脂硬化層中への弾性チップの混入率を高めて、優れた衝撃吸収性を有する弾性舗装構造体を安価に得ることができる弾性舗装方法を提供する。【解決手段】本発明は、競技場、グラウンド、走路または歩行路を弾性舗装する方法であって、舗装面に第1の硬化性樹脂組成物を敷き均して、該組成物からなる塗布層を形成する工程と、前記塗布層の硬化前に、前記塗布層に過剰量の弾性チップを散布する工程と、前記塗布層の硬化後に、前記塗布層に固定されなかった余剰弾性チップを回収する工程とにより、前記弾性チップを含む第1の樹脂硬化層を形成するにあたり、前記第1の硬化性樹脂組成物が、ウレタンプレポリマーを含む主剤と、活性水素基を有する化合物を含む硬化剤と、SP値が8〜15である非水系表面調整剤と、を含む二液常温硬化型ポリウレタン組成物であることを特徴とする。【選択図】図1
