PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an outer peripheral wall structure of a building, which has a configuration capable of decreasing the thickness of an outer peripheral wall while maintaining predetermined thermal insulation performance, and a repair method for the outer peripheral wall of the building, which can realize the outer peripheral wall structure.SOLUTION: An outer peripheral wall structure of a building includes: an outer coat layer that is made of an exterior material; a first heat-insulating layer that is made of a panel-like heat-insulating material and superposed on the indoor-side surface of the outer coat layer; and a second heat-insulating layer that is made of a shape-deformable fibrous heat-insulating material and superposed on the indoor-side surface of the heat-insulating layer.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
