OUTER WALL REPAIR METHOD OF BUILDING
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a simple outer wall repair method which can perform the repair construction of an outer wall without exfoliating an existing outer wall even if the tension construction of a net to the existing outer wall is not performed, is excellent in resistance against deformation, and can perform tiling.SOLUTION: An outer wall repair method of a building has: a process a for striking a machine screw into an outer wall of the building via a washer; a process b for applying a foundation material whose viscosity which is measured by a B-type viscometer at a rotation number of 1 rpm at a temperature of 23°C or lower is 1,000 to 6,000 Pa s on the outer wall so that a head of the machine screw is embedded into the foundation material succeeding to the process a; a process c for applying an adhesive on a foundation whose foundation material is solidified succeeding to the process b; and a process d for pasting tiles on the adhesive succeeding to the process c. The tensile adhesion rigidity of the foundation, the machine screw and a surface of the washer is not lower than 0.30 N/mm.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
【課題】既設外壁へのネットの張設施工を実施しなくても、既設外壁を剥がすことなく外壁の改修施工が可能で、かつ変形に対する抵抗力に優れたタイル張りが可能である簡便な外壁改修工法を提供する。【解決手段】建築物の外壁にワッシャーを介してビスを打ち込む工程aと、工程aの後、B型粘度計で、23℃下1rpmの回転数で測定した粘度が1000〜6000Pa・sである下地材料を、該下地材料の内部にビスの頭部が埋め込まれるようにして、外壁上に塗布する工程bと、工程bの後、下地材料が硬化した下地の上に接着剤を塗布する工程cと、工程cの後、接着剤上にタイルを張り付ける工程dと、を有し、下地と、ビス及びワッシャーの表面部との引張り接着強度が0.30N/mm2以上である建築物の外壁改修工法とする。【選択図】図2
