INSERT EMBEDDING METHOD
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve the assembling performance of a jig for attaching an insert to a mold form to the mold form, and to improve the workability of insert embedding work.SOLUTION: An insert 12 for fixing a fixed member to a concrete structure is embedded by the following processes: (1) a process for inserting a head part 22 of an attachment jig 11 into an attachment hole 18 of a wooden flask 13; (2) a process for pushing a fixed pin 21 which is inserted into a penetration hole of the attachment jig 11 in an axial direction, and fixing the head part 22 to the wooden flask 13; (3) a process for fastening a male screw part 23a formed at a shaft part of the attachment jig 11 to a female screw hole 15 of the insert 12; (4) a process for returning the fixed pin 21 to an original position after placing concrete into the wooden flask 13, releasing the fixation of the head part 22 and the wooden flask 13, and removing the wooden flask 13; and (5) a process for screw-drawing the male screw part 23a from the female screw hole 15, and removing the attachment jig 11 from the insert 12.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 4
【課題】インサートを型枠に取り付ける治具の型枠への組付性を改善し、インサート埋設作業の作業性向上を図る。【解決手段】コンクリート構造物に被固定部材を固定するインサート12を、次の工程を経て埋設する。(1)取付用治具11の頭部22を木枠13の取付孔18に挿通する工程。(2)取付用治具11の軸方向の貫通孔内に挿通された固定ピン21を押し込んで頭部22を木枠13に固定する工程。(3)取付用治具11の軸部に形成された雄ねじ部23aをインサート12の雌ねじ穴15に締結する工程。(4)木枠13内へのコンクリート打設後に固定ピン21を元の位置に戻して頭部22と木枠13との固定を解除し、木枠13を取り外す4工程。(5)雄ねじ部23aを雌ねじ穴15から螺出させ、取付用治具11をインサート12から取り外す工程。【選択図】図4
