The present invention provides a rebar spacer integrated-type multi-purpose complex insert apparatus for embedding in concrete, the apparatus comprising: an insert body which extends vertically and has a hollow fastening hole formed therein in the lengthwise direction through a central portion; an integrated-type spacer unit including a spacer body portion which integrally extends from the lower end portion of the insert body to be equiangularly spaced in the front and back, and left and right directions, and of which the bottom surface is seated on the upper surface of a cast, and a rebar coupling portion which is formed such that a rebar can be coupled to the upper side of the spacer body portion; and an anchor coupling portion including a fastening portion which is inserted in and coupled to the inner upper end of the hollow fastening hole and is formed to have an anchor fastening groove formed therein to be downwardly opened, and a cover surface portion which extends from the upper end portion of the fastening portion in the radially outward direction such that the lower surface thereof faces the upper end portion of the insert body.
