UNDERGROUND PILE REMOVAL METHOD
To provide an underground pile removal method which further reduces generation of vibration, noise and powder dust so as to withstand a use in the center of a city and the like.SOLUTION: An underground pile removal method includes the steps of: boring a crushing agent loading hole from a pile head into an underground pile in a state where the pile head is exposed in a length direction of the underground pile; inserting alternately the crushing agent and a cement tamper from a pile head into a plurality of stages of the crushing agent loading hole in the length direction of the underground pile while loading a gap in the periphery of the crushing agent with crushed stones with a fixed interval such that cracks caused by crushing of the crushing agent on the pile head side do not reach the crushing agent loading hole on its latest bottom side; sequentially igniting the crushing agent inserted to the plurality of stages and crushing from the pile head to the bottom part of the underground pile; and removing the crushed underground pile together with its peripheral sediment by a heavy machine.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
【課題】都心等における利用にも耐えられるように、振動と騒音と粉塵の発生をより低減した地中杭撤去方法を提供する。【解決手段】杭頭が露出された状態の地中杭に、地中杭の長さ方向に沿って杭頭から破砕薬装填孔を穿孔する工程と、杭頭から、破砕薬装填孔に、破砕薬とセメントタンパーとを交互に、破砕薬の周囲の隙間を砕石で充填しながら、破砕薬が杭頭側の破砕薬の破砕に起因する亀裂がその直近の底部側の破砕薬装填孔に到達しない程度の一定の間隔、となるように、地中杭の長さ方向に沿って複数段に挿入する工程と、複数段に挿入された破砕薬を、杭頭から地中杭の底部に向けて順次に、着火して破砕する工程と、破砕された地中杭を周囲の土砂と共に重機で撤去する工程と、を有する。【選択図】図1
