PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a belt-like cutoff plate for controlling the flow of moisture and sediment that has a number of projections on the surface and that can remove a gap of an overlap part with an adjacent cutoff plate easily.SOLUTION: In a belt-like cutoff plate, a ridge-like projection is installed in a longer direction in a side part of the cutoff plate, and a composite layer part is installed on right and left ends.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 5
