SCREEN BELT CUTOFF DEVICE
The present invention provides a blocking device with a screen belt used for operating the screen belt with elasticity and flexibility, preventing an exposure of the screen belt, which is a blocking structure, to the outside, providing stability by minimizing impact to a human body even when coming in contact with the human body, and enabling the reduction of manufacturing cost and industrial mass production by simplifying the appearance and structure. The purpose of the present invention is achieved by the blocking device with the screen belt, including: a rectangular box-shaped protective case; a winding means formed inside the protective case; and the screen belt horizontally taken out through an exit of the protective case by the normal operation of the winding means or received inside the protective case by being wound by the reverse operation of the winding means. The blocking device with the screen belt is characterized by a fact that the screen belt is composed of an inner elastic plate in which multiple rows of C-shaped thin elastic steel plates are symmetrically stacked one after another to be convex, and an elastic rubber plate covering and protecting the elastic plate; and obtains a restoring force to maintain the screen belt being taken out of the case and elasticity for receiving the screen belt in the case.
본 발명은 신축성과 유연성을 갖는 스크린벨트의 출몰작동에 제공되며, 차단기능의 구조물인 스크린벨트의 외부노출이 없고 신체접촉에도 충격 최소화로 안전성, 외관성 및 구조 간소화에 의한 제조원가 및 공업적 양산이 제공되는 스크린벨트 차단장치를 제공한다. 본 발명의 상기 목적은 4각 함체의 보호케이스와, 상기 보호케이스의 내부에 구비된 권취수단과, 상기 권취수단의 정구동에 의해 상기 보호케이스의 출구를 통해 수평 진출되거나 역구동에 의해 상기 보호케이스의 내부에 권취되어 수납되는 스크린벨트를 포함하고, 상기 스크크린벨트는 내부에 얇은 C형 탄성철판이 대칭으로 겹쳐 볼록판 상태로 다수열로 배치된 탄성판과 상기 탄성판의 외부를 감싸 보호하는 신축성 고무판으로 구비되어 차단을 위한 진출상태의 유지의 복원탄성력과 수납을 위한 굽힘 신축성을 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는 스크린벨트 차단장치에 의해 달성된다.
