ELECTROMAGNETIC PUMP FOR GENERATING PULSATION, AND PULSATION WATER DISCHARGING DEVICE
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electromagnetic pump for generating pulsation, not using a check valve in a plunger, and a pulsation water discharging device.SOLUTION: An electromagnetic pump 4 for generating pulsation, is provided with a bypass passage 8k communicating a supply portion 7 and a discharge portion 9, between a cylinder 8c and a plunger 8e so that a maximum discharge pressure of pulsation water of the discharge portion 9 becomes higher than a pressure of water flow supplied from a water supply pipe 2, and a minimum discharge pressure becomes lower than the pressure of water flow supplied from the water supply pipe 2, thus durability can be improved with a constitution free from the check valve. Clear impact shock by pulsation is generated with a small amount of water, thus cleaning effect is improved, for example, when being used for cleaning, sliding resistance of the plunger 8e can be reduced, and the bypass passage 8k can be easily formed with high accuracy.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3
【課題】 プランジャーに逆止弁を使用しない脈動発生用電磁ポンプ及び脈動水吐出装置を提供する。【解決手段】 脈動発生用電磁ポンプ4は、吐出部9の脈動水の最大吐出圧が、給水管2から供給される水流の圧力より高く、最小吐出圧が、給水管2から供給される水流の圧力より低くなるように、シリンダ8cとプランジャー8eとの間に、給入部7と吐出部9とを連通するバイパス路8kを設け、逆止弁のない構成で耐久性を伸ばす。また、少ない水量でも脈動による明確な衝撃を生じ、例えば洗浄用に用いた場合の洗浄効果を高め、プランジャー8eの摺動抵抗を小さくでき、さらに、バイパス路8kを容易に精度良く形成することができる。【選択図】 図3
