WATERPROOF CONSTRUCTION METHOD AND WATERPROOF STRUCTURE TO CONCRETE BACKING
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a waterproof construction method and a waterproof structure to a concrete backing capable of even noise and vibration in construction time, by providing sufficient fixation strength to concrete.SOLUTION: A waterproof construction method to a concrete backing includes an opening part forming process of exposing concrete 2 by forming an opening part 4 by opening a hole in a waterproof sheet 3, a primer impregnation layer forming process of forming a primer impregnation layer 5 by permeating a primer in a surface layer of the concrete 2 by coating the primer on a surface of the concrete 2, an adhesive layer forming process of forming an adhesive layer 6 by coating an adhesive on the primer impregnation layer 5, a disc adhesive process of bonding a disc to the primer impregnation layer 5 by placing the metallic disc for providing a thermoplastic resin layer on the adhesive layer 6, and a fusion process of fusing-fixing the thermoplastic resin layer and a repairing waterproof sheet by heating the disc after putting the repairing waterproof sheet on the disc.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
【課題】コンクリートに対して充分な固定強度が得られ、施工時の騒音や振動をも低減できるコンクリート下地への防水工法及び防水構造を提供する。【解決手段】防水シート３に穴を開け、開口部４を形成し、コンクリート２を露出させる開口部形成工程と、コンクリート２の表面に、プライマーを塗布して、コンクリート２の表面層にプライマーを浸透させたプライマー含浸層５を形成するプライマー含浸層形成工程と、プライマー含浸層５に接着剤を塗布して、接着剤層６を形成する接着剤層形成工程と、接着剤層６に、熱可塑性樹脂層が設けられた金属製のディスクを載置して、ディスクをプライマー含浸層５に接着するディスク接着工程と、ディスクに、改修用防水シートを被せた後、ディスクを加熱し、熱可塑性樹脂層と改修用防水シートとを融着固定する融着工程とを含むコンクリート下地への防水工法。【選択図】図１
