CONCRETE STRUCTURE CONSTRUCTION METHOD AND CONCRETE INSTALLATION FORMWORK
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a concrete structure construction method and a concrete installation formwork, which enable the formwork to be easily assembled and disassembled.SOLUTION: A concrete panel 12 formed by fitting and connecting outer edges 11 of an uneven unit panel 10 with each other is disposed and maintained so as to surround a cavity 20. A concrete installation formwork comprises: a support member 30 and a building frame side formwork fixing material 50, which have the same shape and support the concrete panel 12 by contacting an outside surface 12a of the concrete panel 12, and can be used repeatedly; a formwork fixing rod 40, which penetrates fitting holes 13, 33 drilled on the unit panel 10 and the support member 30, respectively; and a locking means 60, which is disposed on at least one end 41 of the formwork fixing rod 40. The support member 30 is disposed across a connection part 11a. The cavity 20 is formed by disposing the building frame side formwork fixing material 50, the concrete panel 12 and the support member 30 in this order on a section from a central part O in a lengthwise direction of the formwork fixing rod 40 to one end 41.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
【課題】型枠の組み立てと分解が容易なコンクリート構造物の建造方法、コンクリート打設用型枠を提供する。【解決手段】凹凸のある単位パネル10の外周縁部11どうしを嵌合連結したコンクリートパネル12によりキャビティ20を設けるように囲い込んで維持する。コンクリートパネル12の外側面12aに面接触し、コンクリートパネル12を支持する同一形状で繰り返し利用可能な支保部材30および躯体側型枠固定材50と、単位パネル10および支保部材30にそれぞれ穿設された取付け孔13,33を貫通する型枠固定棒40と、型枠固定棒40の少なくとも一端41に配設された係止手段60を備える。連結部11aを跨ぐように、支保部材30を配置し、型枠固定棒40の長さ方向の中央部Oから一端41に向けて、躯体側型枠固定材50と、コンクリートパネル12と、支保部材30の順に配置してキャビティ20を形成する。【選択図】図1
