SUPPORTING MEMBER, CONCRETE INSTALLATION FORMWORK AND CONCRETE STRUCTURE CONSTRUCTION METHOD
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a supporting member that enables a formwork to be easily assembled and disassembled and can be repeatedly used, a concrete installation formwork and a construction structure construction method.SOLUTION: A concrete installation formwork comprises: multiple horizontal rails 71 in length corresponding to a breadth W of a concrete panel 12; multiple vertical rails 72 in length corresponding to a height V of the concrete panel 12; and a bolt/nut composition 60, which penetrates an intersection 73 of multiple parallel horizontal rails 71 and multiple parallel vertical rails 72 that are combined in lattice shape and latches in inner direction of a cavity 20. A concavity R is formed on at least either the horizontal rail 71 or the vertical rail 72 at the intersection 73, which partly or entirely receives thickness Q and width P of the other rail that faces the rail having the concavity and can be fitted thereto. The horizontal rail 71 and the vertical rail 72 are made of a channel steel or a metal material of equivalent shape. The horizontal rails 71 and the vertical rails 72 combined into lattice shape contact an outer face 12a of the concrete panel 12 at equal spaces.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
【課題】型枠の組み立てと分解が容易で反復使用可能な支保部材、コンクリート打設用型枠およびコンクリート構造物の建造方法を提供する。【解決手段】コンクリートパネル12の横幅Wに応じた長さの複数の横桟71と、コンクリートパネル12の高さVに応じた長さの複数の縦桟72と、それぞれ平行な複数の横桟71および縦桟72が格子状に組み合された交点73を貫通してキャビティ20の内部方向へと係止するボルト・ナット構成60と、を備え、交点73に係る横桟71および縦桟72の少なくともいずれかには、それぞれ対面する相手の桟の厚さQの一部又は全部と幅Pとを受け入れて嵌着可能な凹部Rを設け、横桟71および縦桟72は、溝形鋼又は同等形状の金属材料により構成され、格子状に組み合された横桟71および縦桟72は、コンクリートパネル12の外側面12aにそれぞれ等間隔で接触する。【選択図】図1
