CONNECTION METAL FITTING FOR GRATING
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a connection metal fitting for a grating that prevents one of the connected gratings from floating above the other and the connection metal fitting from being displaced along a main member, the connection metal fitting comprising the main member of a narrow plate form, with top sides of an irregular wavy form and having crests and troughs in a vertical direction, and a connecting material fastened orthogonally to the main members that are lined up next to each other, where the main member at a distal end has a depth between the crest and trough of the wavy form greater than a thickness of the main member, and the crest is connected to the grating that protrudes on both sides of the main member.SOLUTION: A connection metal fitting for a grating comprises: a top plate 6 and a bottom plate 7 spanned above and below main members 2 at a distal end of adjacent gratings 1 that face each other; a locking screw-form pin 9 screwed into the bottom plate 7 through the top plate 6; and a fixing pin 8 fixed on the top plate 7. The pins 8, 9 are placed on the main member 2 from inside, and are engaged between crests at a top part of the main member. The bottom plate 7 is pressed against the fixing pin 8 by screwing the pin 9, to stop a rotation thereof.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3
【課題】細板状で、上部両側が凹凸の波状をなし、縦向きの山及び谷を有する主部材と、並設される主部材と直交して該主部材に固着される連結材よりなり、最端の主部材は波状をなす上部の山から谷までの深さが主部材の肉厚より大で、かつ山が主部材の両側に突出するグレーチングを連結する金具において、連結したグレーチングの一方が他方より浮き上がったり、連結金具が主部材に沿ってずれることのないようにする。【解決手段】隣接するグレーチング1の互いに向き合う最端の主部材2に上下より掛け渡される上板6及び下板7と、上板6を通して下板7に捩じ込まれる止ネジ状のピン9と、上板7に固定の固定ピン8よりなり、各ピン8、9は主部材2に内側より当てがわれ、主部材上部の山間に係合し、下板7はピン9の捩じ込みにより固定ピン8に側方より押付けられ回転止めされる。【選択図】図3
