CONNECTION FIXING METAL FITTING
To provide a connection fixing metal fitting which firmly connects reinforcing bars and separators, and different kinds of rod-like bodies such as reinforcing bars and separators, has connection strength higher than that of conventional products, does not require skilled workers, and contributes to shortening of construction time and material cost reduction.SOLUTION: A connection fixing metal fitting 100 comprises a connection metal fitting 1 and a fastening screw 3. A through hole 5 for inserting a reinforcing bar and/or a separator shaft end is formed in the connection metal fitting 1. A projection is formed in the through hole 5. A female screw hole 4 is formed in the connection metal fitting 1 so as to penetrate from an upper surface to the through hole 5. The fastening screw 3 for stopping the movement of the reinforcing bar and/or the separator shaft is screwed. The fastening screw 3 has a shape in which a bottom part of the end thereof is recessed in a bowl-shape. The projection of the through hole 5 and the female screw hole 4 generate a rotational force on the reinforcement bar and/or the separator shaft along the track of the projection of the through hole 5 when attractive force is generated on the reinforcing bar and/or the separator shaft, and the fastening screw 3 for pressing the reinforcing bar and/or the separator shaft by the rotation rotates in the fastening direction.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
【課題】鉄筋同士やセパレータ同士、及び鉄筋やセパレータ等の異種の棒状体の接続を強固に行い、従来製品以上の接続強度を有し、熟練工を要せず、施工時間短縮と材料費削減に貢献する接続固定金具を提供する。【解決手段】接続金具1及び締込ねじ3よりなり、接続金具1には鉄筋及び/又はセパレータ軸端部を挿し込める貫通孔5を形成し、貫通孔5には突起物を形成し、接続金具1には、上面から貫通孔5まで貫通するように雌ねじ孔4を形成し、鉄筋及び/又はセパレータ軸の動きを止めるための締込ねじ3を螺合させ、締込ねじ3は端部の底部がすり鉢状に窪んだ形状であり、貫通孔5の突起物および雌ねじ孔4は、鉄筋及び/又はセパレータ軸に引力が生じた際に、貫通孔5の突起物の軌道に沿って鉄筋及び/又はセパレータ軸に回転力を生ませ、その回転により鉄筋及び/又はセパレータ軸を押さえ付ける締込ねじ3が自ら締め付け方向に回転する接続固定金具100。【選択図】図1
