PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a pile which prevents that the soil in the ground intrudes into a pipe when piling a metal-made pipe pile, enables piling into the tough ground by improving rigidity, is not hindered in a piling direction by small stones or the like in the ground, and does not need a large force at piling work even if the side pressure of the pile in the ground is high.SOLUTION: By attaching a metal fitting to a tip part of a conventional metal-made pipe, the intrusion of sand or the like into the pipe is prevented when piling a pile into the ground. Also, by attaching a conical metal fitting whose tip is formed flat by forging and quenching the tip part to a tip of the pile, rigidity is increased, and since a tip of the metal fitting is flat, the pile can be piled into a desired piling direction without being hindered by an obstacle such as small stones in the ground. Furthermore, by forming a ring-shaped portion which is larger than a diameter of the pile, side pressure applied from the inside of the ground can be alleviated.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
【課題】金属製のパイプの杭を打ち込む際、地中の土がパイプ内に挿入するのを防ぎ、強度を向上させて強靱な地盤に打ち込むのを可能とし、地中の小石などに打ち込み方向を妨げられることがなく、杭の地中での側圧が大きい場合においても、打ち込み作業に大きな力を必要としない杭を提供する。【解決手段】従来の金属製のパイプの先端部に金具を取り付けることで、地中に打ち込んだ際にパイプ内部への土などの進入を防ぐことができる。また、杭の先端に鍛造加工と先端部の焼き入れ加工による先端の平らな円錐形の金具を取り付けることにより強度を増し、さらに金具の先端が平らなことで地中の小石などの障害物に妨げられることなく、意とする打ち込み方向に杭を打ち込むことができる。また、杭の径よりも太いリング状の部分を形成することで、地中からかかる側圧を軽減できる。【選択図】図1
