PILE PRESS-FITTING MACHINE
To provide a pile press-fitting machine capable of suppressing a rotation of a movable pawl.SOLUTION: In a pile press-fitting machine 1 for gripping a pile P with a chuck 20 and press-fitting it into the ground, the chuck 20 comprises a movable pawl 31 and a fixed pawl 30 arranged to face each other in order to grip the pile P, the movable pawl 31 is held so as to be able to move toward and away from the fixed pawl 30 in a guide surface 45 in the state where the peripheral surface is constrained by the guide surface 45 so that it cannot rotate, and comprises a pressing mechanism (hydraulic cylinder 32) that moves the movable pawl 31 toward and away from the fixed pawl 30. The movable pawl 31 is non-rotatably restrained by the guide surface 45 that covers the entire circumferential surface of the movable pawl 31. For example, a pawl-side flat portion 40 is formed on the peripheral surface of the movable pawl 31. On the guide surface 45, a guide-side flat surface portion 46 facing the pawl-side flat surface portion 40 is formed. Therefore, the rotation moment acting on the movable pawl 31 can be received by the entire guide-side flat surface portion 46 formed on the guide surface 45.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
【課題】可動爪の回転を抑制できる杭圧入機を提供する。【解決手段】杭Pをチャック20で把持して地盤に圧入する杭圧入機1であって、チャック20は、杭Pを把持するために、互いに対向して配置された可動爪31と固定爪30を備え、可動爪31は、周面をガイド面45によって回転不能に拘束された状態で、ガイド面45内において、固定爪30に対して接近離隔自在に保持され、可動爪31を固定爪30に対して接近離隔させる押圧機構(油圧シリンダ32)を備える。可動爪31の全周面を覆うガイド面45によって可動爪31は回転不能に拘束されており、例えば、可動爪31の周面には爪側平面部分40が形成され、ガイド面45には、爪側平面部分40に対向するガイド側平面部分46が形成されている。このため、可動爪31に作用する回転モーメントを、ガイド面45に形成されたガイド側平面部分46の全体で受け止めることが可能となる。【選択図】図1
