PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a ship mooring device that does not require an installation space above sea surface, reduces costs for installation and management, and effectively prevents an occurrence of a disaster on a land caused by breaking of a mooring rope and on a sea caused by sinking and turn-over of a small ship.SOLUTION: A ship mooring device includes: a floating body 12 having a tying part 10 for tying an end of a mooring rope 21 from a small ship 2 berthed along a quay wall 3, and buoyancy that balances with subsidence caused by gravitational force; a holding pipe 13 installed on the quay wall 3 for holding a tubular base part 11 of the floating body 12 that extends downward from the typing part 10 of the floating body, whereas detaching the base part 11 by tensile force from the small ship 2 when the small ship has risen along with a rise in the sea surface to an abnormal height due to buoyancy of the floating body 12 and tsunami; and a chain 14 housed inside the holding pipe 13 and having a tip connected to the base part 11 of the floating body 12. A length of the chain 14 is set to be equal or longer than a length obtained by subtracting a height H1 of a draft K of the small vessel 2 from a distance between a sea surface S that has risen to the abnormal height and the quay wall 3.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3
【課題】海面上での設置スペースを必要とせず、設置の費用及び整備の経費を安価にした上で、係留ロープの破断による陸上での災害の発生や、小型船舶の沈没や転覆による海上での災害の発生を効果的に防止できる船舶係留装置を提供する。【解決手段】岸壁3に接岸した小型船舶2からの係留ロープ21の先端を結索する結索部10を備え、かつ重力による沈降と均衡する浮力を有する浮体12と、岸壁3に設けられ、浮体12の結索部10より下方へ延びる管状の基部11を保持する一方、浮体12の浮力と津波による異常高さまでの海面上昇に伴って上昇した際の小型船舶2からの引っ張り力とにより基部11を離脱させる保持管13と、保持管13の内部に収容され、浮体12の基部11に先端が連結されたチェーン14と、を備える。チェーン14を、異常高さまで上昇した海面Sと岸壁3との距離から小型船舶2の喫水Kの高さH1を差し引いた長さ以上に設定する。【選択図】図3
