SHIP MOORING DEVICE
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a ship mooring device for preventing a ship in mooring from overturning when rising in response to an abnormal rise in a sea surface by an attack of a large Tsunami.SOLUTION: A mooring post 4 is separably held by a casing 2 buried in a pier G, and the mooring post 4 is provided with an engaging member 6 for engaging with-disengaging from the casing 2, and an engaging member driving device 5 for engaging-disengaging the engaging member 6 with-from the casing 2, is provided on the mooring post 4. Water level detection means (unillustrated) for detecting an abnormal water level of a sea surface is provided in a proper place on the ground. The tip of an extension rope 8 of the proper length for fixing a base end part is fixed to the mooring post 4. The water level detection means detects the abnormal water level, and when inputting its detection signal to the engaging member driving device 5, the engaging member 6 is driven and separated from an engaging state with the casing 2, and the mooring post 4 is made free. The mooring post 4 is pulled out of the casing 2 by a rise in a ship by a rise in the sea surface, and is regulated by the extension rope 8.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
【課題】 大津波の襲来等による海面の異常上昇に伴われて上昇した際に、係留中の船舶が転覆することを防止する船舶係留装置を提供する。【解決手段】 岸壁Gに埋設したケーシング2に係船柱4を離脱可能に保持させ、係船柱4にケーシング2に係脱する係合部材6を設け、係合部材6をケーシング2と係脱させる係合部材駆動装置5を、係船柱4に具備させる。地上の適宜箇所に海面の異常水位を検出する水位検出手段(図示せず)を設ける。基端部が固定された適宜長さの延長ロープ8の先端を係船柱4に固定する。水位検出手段が異常水位を検出して、その検出信号が係合部材駆動装置5に入力されると、係合部材6を駆動してケーシング2との係合状態から離脱させ、係船柱4を自由とする。海面の上昇による船舶の上昇で係船柱4がケーシング2から引き出されると共に、延長ロープ8によって規制される。【選択図】 図1
