PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a vinyl chloride resin composition excellent in heat shrinkage resistance, capable of easily being molded by a molding machine used for normal vinyl chloride resin compositions and excellent in strength (impact resistance, tensile strength).SOLUTION: There is provided a vinyl chloride resin composition containing following component (A) and component (B) with the component (B) of 0.5 to 20 pts.wt. based on 100 pts.wt. of the component (A). Preferably, average fiber diameter of a thermoplastic resin fiber of the component (B) is 5 to 50 μm, coating thickness of a polyester thermoplastic elastomer is 1 to 30 μm and average fiber length of a coated resin fiber is 0.3 to 5 mm. Component (A): a vinyl chloride resin. Component (B): the coated resin fiber by coating a core of the thermoplastic resin fiber with the polyester thermoplastic elastomer.SELECTED DRAWING: None
【課題】耐熱収縮性に優れ、通常の塩化ビニル系樹脂組成物に用いられる成形機により容易に成形することが可能であり、また、強度(耐衝撃性、引張強さ)に優れた塩化ビニル系樹脂組成物を提供する。【解決手段】下記成分(A)及び成分(B)を含み、成分(A)100重量部に対し、成分(B)を0.5〜20重量部含む塩化ビニル系樹脂組成物による。成分(B)の熱可塑性樹脂繊維の平均繊維径は5〜50μm、ポリエステル系熱可塑性エラストマーの被覆厚みは1〜30μm、被覆樹脂繊維の平均繊維長は0.3〜5mmであることが好ましい。成分(A):塩化ビニル樹脂成分(B):熱可塑性樹脂繊維の芯をポリエステル系熱可塑性エラストマーにより被覆してなる被覆樹脂繊維【選択図】なし
