To provide foamable resin powder allowing fine and uniform foaming and acquiring a foam resin layer with a light and uniform property, and a vinyl chloride-based plastisol composition using therewith.SOLUTION: Provided are a foamable suspension-based porous vinyl chloride-based resin powder containing a pyrolytic foaming component with decomposition temperature of 100-220°C in fine holes of the suspension-based porous vinyl chloride-based resin powder, and a vinyl chloride-based plastisol composition using therewith.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
