METHOD FOR CARRYING OUT EXCAVATED SEDIMENT
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable excavation and carrying out of sediment in a narrow work area.SOLUTION: At a time of excavation, a bucket 11 is used for excavation and excavated sediment is taken into the bucket 11. When the bucket 11 is full, a vessel 12 is moved to a sediment discharging position after hoisting the bucket 11 above an excavated hole 1 and the excavated sediment is discharged from the bucket 11 into the vessel 12, the vessel being moved to the sediment discharging position below the hoisted position of the bucket 11 and above the excavated hole 1, on a guide rail 13 above ground from a retreat position away from the excavated hole 1. After discharging the sediment, the vessel 12 is moved to the retreat position to enable lowering of the bucket 11 into the excavated hole 1 (for re-starting excavation) and loading of the excavated sediment into a transportation vehicle from the vessel 12 by a backhoe 17.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
【課題】 狭隘なエリアでの掘削・排土作業を可能とする。【解決手段】 掘削時は、バケット11により掘削し、掘削土砂をバケット11内に取込む。バケット11が満杯となったら、バケット11を掘削孔1の上方へ吊上げた後、地上にて、案内レール13上で、掘削孔1から離れた待避位置から、バケット11の吊上げ位置より下方で掘削孔1の上方の排土位置へ、ベッセル12を移動させて、バケット11からベッセル12内に掘削土砂を排土する。排土後に、ベッセル12を前記待避位置へ移動させて、バケット11の掘削孔1への降下(掘削の再開)を可能にすると共に、バックホウ17によるベッセル12から搬出車両への掘削土砂の積み込みを可能にする。【選択図】 図1
