WOODEN HOUSE AND ITS CONSTRUCTION METHOD
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve a problem that there is provided and executed a technology for making a wooden house possess a disaster prevention function such as a method for constructing a skeleton by using a material which is reinforced in aseismic performance and fire resistance, and a method for differently constructing a construction which is called as a [disaster prevention shelter], however, it is hard to say that the technology is widely diffused because a construction expense becomes high.SOLUTION: A wall foundation being a top end which is higher than a top end height of a foundation erecting portion by 900 to 1,200 mm is formed at least at one area inside a zone which is surrounded by the foundation erecting portion at the construction of a map foundation in a form that the wall foundation is separated from the foundation erecting portion, a base is placed on the top end of the wall foundation, and an upper story floor is constructed. The area which is surrounded by the wall foundation becomes a shelter.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
【課題】 免震性・耐火性を強化した材料で躯体を構築する方法、「防災シェルター」と呼ばれる構造物を別途施工する方法、等して木造住宅に防災機能を持たせる技術が提案・実施されているが、工費が高額になるため広く普及しているとは言い難いものであった。【解決手段】 ベタ基礎構築時に、基礎立ち上がり部にて囲繞されるゾーン内側の少なくとも一画に、該基礎立ち上がり部分の天端高さよりも900〜1200mm高い天端となる壁基礎を、該基礎立ち上がり部分から離される形で設け、該壁基礎の天端に土台を置き、上階床を構築する。壁基礎で囲まれた区画がシェルターとなる。【選択図】 図1
