FLOATING BODY TYPE FLAP GATE
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To avoid the generation of warpage at a door body tip part even if assistance such as a counterweight is required, and a span of an installation place is wide.SOLUTION: A floating body type flap gate 1 can make a tip side 2C of a door body 2 rotationally float at a rise of water with a base end side as a pivot. The flap gate comprises an upper girder 2d which is attached to a tip side 2C of the door body 2, and a door body suspension beam 3 which is encapsulated into the upper girder 2d, and connected to one end of a wire rope 4 at its both ends. A counterweight 5 is connected to the other end side of the wire rope 4 as tensile means. The flap gate has a bolt 6b which is interposed between the upper girder 2d and the door body suspension beam 3 by being inserted into a bolt hole 6a which is formed at an upper face of the upper girder 2d as an adjusting member for making a reaction force with respect to the tension of the wire rope 4 by the counterweight 5 applied on the door body suspension beam 3 at a normal time equally act on the upper girder 2d.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
【課題】カウンタウエイトなどの助力を必要とし、設置場所の径間が広い場合であっても扉体先端部にたわみが生じないようにする。【解決手段】増水時に扉体2の先端側2cが基端側を支点として回転浮上可能に構成した浮体式フラップゲート1である。扉体2の先端側2cに取り付けられた上部桁2dと、上部桁2dに内包され、両端部がそれぞれワイヤロープ4の一端と連結される扉体吊用梁3とを備える。ワイヤロープ4の他端側には引張手段としてカウンタウエイト5が連結されている。平常時、扉体吊用梁3にかかるカウンタウエイト5によるワイヤロープ4の張力に対する反力を上部桁2dに等分に作用させるための調整部材として、上部桁2dの上面に設けられたボルト孔6aに差し込むことにより、上部桁2dと扉体吊用梁3の間に介在させるボルト6bを有する。【選択図】図1
