PHOTOVOLTAIC POWER GENERATION PANEL ATTACHMENT METAL FITTING
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a photovoltaic power generation panel attachment metal fitting which alleviates the complicated installation and fitment work of a metal fitting in a site (on a folded-plate roof) without using a large-scaled cradle, and easily fixes a photovoltaic power generation panel to the folded-plate roof.SOLUTION: A photovoltaic power generation panel attachment metal fitting which grips a terminal of a photovoltaic power generation panel, and is used for fixing the photovoltaic power generation panel to a folded-plate roof is composed of: a fastening metal fitting which has a first bolt having a thread at an upper part, and is fixed to an apex flat part of the folded-plate roof; a vertical cross-section substantially-U-shaped base which is composed of a bottom plate in which a lower hole is protrusively formed, a vertical plate which is erected on the bottom plate, and an upper plate which is droopingly arranged at the vertical plate, and in which an upper hole is protrusively formed; a fixed member which covers an upper part of the lower hole of the bottom plate of the base, and in which an upper face hole is formed at an upper face; a second bolt which is locked to a bottom face of the upper plate of the base, and protrudes to an upper part of the upper plate; and a terminal pressing metal fitting which grips one side of the photovoltaic power generation panel by the upper plate of the base.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
【課題】大掛かりな架台を用いることなく、現場(折板屋根上)での煩雑な金具の設置、固定作業を軽減し、折板屋根に太陽光発電パネルを簡易に固定するための太陽光発電パネル取付金具を提供する。【解決手段】太陽光発電パネルの端末を挟持して、太陽光発電パネルの折板屋根への固定に利用される金具であって、上部にネジ山を有する第一ボルトを備え前記折板屋根の頂上平坦部に固定される締付金具と、下穴を穿設した底板、前記底板に立設する縦板及び前記縦板に垂設され上穴を穿設した上板からなる縦断面略コの字型のベースと、前記ベースの底板の下穴の上部を覆い上面に上面穴が穿設された固定部材と、前記ベースの上板の底面に係止され前記上板の上方に突出する第二ボルトと、前記太陽光発電パネルの一辺を前記ベースの上板とで挟持する端末押さえ金具とからなる太陽光発電パネル取付金具とした。【選択図】図1
