TUNNEL CEILING FACE GRINDING DEVICE
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a tunnel ceiling face grinding device capable of speedily and efficiently grinding a ceiling face of a box culvert road tunnel while placing at least one lane in service.SOLUTION: A tunnel ceiling face grinding device 10 loaded on a rear deck 51 of a transport vehicle 50 comprises: a base frame section 11; lifting frame sections 12 and 13 which are supported by the base frame section 11 in a manner that can move up and down; a lift 14 which moves the lifting frame sections 12 and 13 up and down; guide support sections 17; a dry type grinding machine 30 which is arranged on an upper face section of an upper lifting frame section 13 and movable along a transfer rail section 18; distance sensors 19 which are attached to a tip section and a rear end section of the upper lifting frame section 13 and detect contact with a ceiling face of a road tunnel; and outrigger sections 20 which are installed in a manner that can extend from four corners of a base frame section 12 to an outside of the rear deck 51.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
【課題】ボックスカルバート型の道路トンネルの天井面を、少なくとも1車線の道路を供用した状態で、スピーディーに且つ効率良く研掃することのできるトンネル天井面研掃装置を提供する。【解決手段】運搬車両50の荷台51に積み込んで用いるトンネル天井面研掃装置10であって、ベースフレーム部11と、ベースフレーム部11に支持させて昇降可能に設けられた昇降フレーム部12,13と、昇降フレーム部12,13を昇降させる昇降機14と、ガイド支柱部17と、上段昇降フレーム部13の上面部に配置され移動レール部18に沿って移動可能に設けられた乾式研掃機30と、上段昇降フレーム部13の先端部分及び後端部分に取り付けられて、道路トンネルの天井面との接触を検出する距離センサー19と、ベースフレーム部12の4箇所の角部分から、荷台51の外側に張り出し可能に設けられたアウトリガー部20とを含んで構成される。【選択図】図1
