COKE OVEN STEREOTYPE REFRACTORY LOADING METHOD
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a coke oven stereotype refractory loading method capable of efficiently loading stereotype refractories by space saving in furnace building of a coke oven that is used in a state where stereotype refractories having various shapes are mixed.SOLUTION: A coke oven stereotype refractory loading system 1 includes a plurality of loading pedestals 300 for loading up stereotype refractories 2, a stereotype refractory loading means 200, a mortar coating means 400, a control means for controlling the stereotype refractory loading means 200 and the mortar coating means 400, and a supply base 100 for supplying the stereotype refractories 2 to the stereotype refractory loading means 200, and has a supply step for disposing the stereotype refractories 2 on the supply base 100, a loading step for loading up the stereotype refractories 2 disposed on the supply base 100 on the loading pedestal 300 by the stereotype refractory loading means 200, and a mortar coating step for coating a mortar 3 on the stereotype refractories 2 by the mortar coating means 400.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
