PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a verge structure that mitigates a burden on a construction worker when fitting a verge cover.SOLUTION: A verge structure 1 includes a verge cover 2 covering a gable-side end of a roof substrate 11 and a gable board 12. The verge cover 2 includes an outer covering part 22 covering the gable-side end of the roof substrate 11 and the gable board 12 from sideways, and an upper covering part 23 provided on the outer covering part 22 and covering the gable-side end of the roof substrate 11 from above. The outer covering part 22 includes a first protrusion 223 that protrudes toward the gable board 12 side, on a part of a portion corresponding to a top edge part to a bottom edge part of the gable board 12, and a second protrusion 224 protruding toward the gable board 12 side, on a part of a portion corresponding to a bottom edge part of the first protrusion 223 to the bottom edge part of the gable board 12. A support member 3 is fixed on the gable board 12, the support member protruding toward the outer covering part 22 side and supporting the first protrusion 223. The support member 3 is positioned such that the verge cover 2 is fixed at a prescribed position.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3
