PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a building verge structure capable of properly and reliably draining in a verge part.SOLUTION: The building verge structure includes: a sheathing roof board 11; a climbing tree 14 fixed to a gable end upper plane of the sheathing roof board 11; a roof exterior material 13 placed on the upper plane of the sheathing roof board 11; a vergeboard 15 which is disposed in a lower face of the gable end of the sheathing roof board 11; a verge member 2 which covers the gable end of the roof exterior material 13, the climbing tree 14, the gable end of the sheathing roof board 11, and the vergeboard 15; and a verge draining 4 disposed inside the verge member 2. The verge draining 4 includes: a cover part 40 covering the climbing tree; a drainage side 41 which is disposed beneath the gable end of the roof exterior material 13; and an extension cover part 43 covering the exterior of the vergeboard.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
