PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a reinforcing bar ground assembly device that enables a jig used in the ground assembly to be hung as is.SOLUTION: A reinforcing bar ground assembly device comprises a plurality of hanging support posts and ground assembly support posts erected by fitting bottom ends thereof on a groundsill installed on a flat work yard, and a hanging frame for hanging the hanging support posts. A hook-shaped support metal fitting is disposed next to each other on the hanging support posts and the ground assembly support posts, the support metal fitting being aligned with each other at a height of a lowest tier, and arranged leaving an interval in a height direction that is the same with an interval between the reinforcing bars of a reinforcing unit. Furthermore, a notch is formed on each of the hanging support posts at a bottom end on a side on which the support metal fittings are disposed next to each other.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
