AUTO-LOCK TYPE POWERLESS NAVIGATION GATE
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a safe and inexpensive navigation gate for reducing failure, by installing automatically door-closing means in an on-water part of the navigation gate.SOLUTION: Two left-right door bodies (a and b) are openably-closably installed to a frame body 2 supported on half-submergence by a float 1. A movable arm 4 and a spring receiver 3 are respectively provided in an unsubmerged position in both door bodies (a and b), and two torsion springs 10a and 10b are fixed on one end to the spring receiver 3 via a shaft 5 between the variable arm 4 and the spring receiver 3, and another one end is inserted in an unfixed state to a torsion spring receiver 11 of the variable arm 4.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3
【課題】自動で閉扉させる手段は通船ゲートの水上部分に設置され、故障の少ない安全で安価な通船ゲートとする。【解決手段】フロート1により半水没上に支持される枠体2に対して、左右二枚の扉体a、bを開閉自在に取り付ける。両扉体a、bにはそれぞれ、水没しない位置に可変アーム4とバネ受け3を設け、可変アーム4とバネ受け3との間に軸5を介し2本のねじりバネ10a、10bを片端はバネ受け3に固定し、もう一方の片端は可変アーム4のねじりバネ受け11に固定されない状態で差し込まれている。【選択図】図3
