PARTITION WALL STRUCTURE AND REFORM METHOD OF SANITARY ROOM
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a partition wall structure and a reform method capable of changing a unit bath into a different size from the size before reform, capable of shortening a construction period, and capable of reducing construction cost.SOLUTION: A wall 15 excluding an old partition wall in a sanitary room 1 is left in a non-destructive state, and the old partition wall and an old unit bath are removed. Connection crosspieces 11, 12 are fixed to a ceiling joist 10. A new unit bath 2x is installed in a unit bath installation space formed by the removal step. By installing a new partition wall 20, and a bath room 2 and a dressing room 3 are partitioned. An upper end part of the partition wall 20 is fixed to the connection crosspiece 12.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3
【課題】ユニットバスをリフォーム前とは異なる大きさに変更でき、かつ工期を短縮でき、かつ施工費用を低減できる間仕切り壁構造及びリフォーム方法を提供する。【解決手段】サニタリールーム１における旧間仕切り壁を除く壁１５を非破壊状態で残置しつつ、旧間仕切り壁及び旧ユニットバスを撤去する。連結桟材１１，１２を天井根太１０に固定する。新ユニットバス２ｘを、撤去工程によって形成されたユニットバス設置スペースに設置する。新間仕切り壁２０を設置して浴室２と脱衣場３を仕切る。間仕切り壁２０の上端部を連結桟材１２に固定する。【選択図】図３
