METHOD FOR MANUFACTURING FLOOR MATERIAL AND FLOOR MATERIAL
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for manufacturing a floor material which: has a foam resin layer made of a material including vinyl chloride series resin; has sufficient strength and adequate flexibility; and is relatively light in weight.SOLUTION: A method for manufacturing a floor material has a process to form a foam resin layer by molding a resin composition, including at least either one of vinyl chloride series resin or vinyl acetate series resin and thermally expandable micro capsules consisting of outer shells made of nitrile series thermoplastic resin and an inclusion component which is included in the outer shells and evaporates when heated, while heating the resin composition at 150 to 200°C. The nitrile series thermoplastic resin is a polymer of a polymerizable component which contains 45 mass% or more of nitrile series monomers. The thermally expandable micro capsule has inner pressure of 0.7 to 1.7 MPa at 150°C and 1.5 to 3.5 MPa at 200°C.SELECTED DRAWING: None
【課題】 塩化ビニル系樹脂などから形成された発泡樹脂層を有し、十分な強度と適度な柔軟性を有し、比較的軽量な床材の製造方法を提供する。【解決手段】 本発明の床材の製造方法は、塩化ビニル系樹脂及び酢酸ビニル系樹脂のうち少なくとも何れか一方と、ニトリル系熱可塑性樹脂からなる外殻と前記外殻に内包され且つ加熱することによって気化する内包成分とから構成される熱膨張性マイクロカプセルと、を含む樹脂組成物を、温度150〜200℃に加熱しつつ成形することにより、発泡樹脂層を得る工程を有し、前記ニトリル系熱可塑性樹脂が、ニトリル系単量体を45質量%以上含む重合性成分の重合体であり、前記熱膨張性マイクロカプセルが、150℃における内圧が0.7〜1.7MPaであり、200℃における内圧が1.5〜3.5MPaである。【選択図】 なし
