To suppress wooden floor materials from floating above a floor surface in a construction state.SOLUTION: A floor material manufacturing method includes a first process of applying a water-based thermosetting adhesive on the surface of one side of a base material 3 and placing a first veneer 4 on one side of the base material 3, a second process in which the first veneer 4 is temporarily pressurized with a load of 1 MPa or more and 10 MPa or less from one side of the base material 3 at a temperature at which the water-based thermosetting adhesive applied in the first process does not completely harden, a third process of applying the water-based thermosetting adhesive to the surface of the other side of the base material 3 and placing a second veneer 2, and a fourth process in which the first veneer 4 and the second veneer 2 are adhered to the base material 3 at the same time by using a first heating plate positioned above the second veneer 2 and a second heating plate positioned below the first veneer 4 to harden by heat the water-based thermosetting adhesive applied to one side and the other side of the base material 3, and pressurizing the first veneer 4 and the second veneer 2 in the thickness direction with a load of 10 MPa or more and 25 MPa or less.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
【課題】施工状態において木質製の床材が床面から浮くことを抑制する。【解決手段】基材3の一方側の面に水系熱硬化性接着剤を塗布し、基材3の一方側に第1突板4を載置する第1工程と、第1工程で塗布した水系熱硬化性接着剤が完全固化しない温度下で、基材3の一方側から第1突板4を1MPa以上10MPa以下の荷重で加圧して仮圧締する第2工程と、基材3の他方側の面に水系熱硬化性接着剤を塗布し、第2突板2を載置する第3工程と、第2突板2の上方に位置付けた第1加熱板と第1突板4の下方に位置付けた第2加熱板とを用い、熱により基材3の一方側及び他方側の面に塗布した水系熱硬化性接着剤を硬化させるとともに第1突板4及び第2突板2を厚さ方向に10MPa以上25MPa以下の荷重で加圧することにより、前記第1突板4と前記第2突板2とを基材3に同時に貼着する第4工程とを含む。【選択図】図1
