THERMOELECTRIC CONVERSION MATERIAL AND MANUFACTURING METHOD THEREFOR
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a thermoelectric conversion material having a satisfactory thermoelectric properties index capable of maintaining low electric resistivity and Seebeck coefficient while preventing increase of the heat conductivity, and to provide a manufacturing method therefor.SOLUTION: The disclosed thermoelectric conversion material has a plurality of primary particles containing oxide as major component; the plurality of primary particles are fused with each other on a part of the surface to form secondary particles; at least a part the surface of the secondary particles is covered by a conductor; and a sintered body is formed of a plurality of the secondary particles are fused with each other on a part of the conductor on the surface.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 5
