ANTISTATIC COATING MATERIAL AND COATED FLOOR USING THE SAME
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an antistatic coating material imparting appropriate conductivity to a floor material at low cost.SOLUTION: There is provided an antistatic coating material which has a carbon fiber and a synthetic resin, where the carbon fiber has a volume resistivity of 10-100 μΩ m and a length-weighted average fiber length of 0.20-1.50 mm, and 2-5 pts.mass of the carbon fiber is mixed with respect to 100 pts.mass of the synthetic resin. Preferably, the antistatic coating material is structured so as to contain no conductive filler other than the carbon fiber, and an epoxy resin is used in which a curing agent is used as the synthetic resin.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
【課題】床材に適度な導電性を与える帯電防止塗料材を低コストで提供する。【解決手段】炭素繊維と、合成樹脂と、を有し、前記炭素繊維は、体積抵抗率が１０〜１００μΩ・ｍ、且つ、長さ加重平均繊維長が０．２０〜１．５０ｍｍであり、前記合成樹脂１００質量部に対して、前記炭素繊維が、２〜５質量部混合されている、帯電防止塗料。好ましくは、炭素繊維以外の導電フィラーを含まない構成とし、合成樹脂として硬化剤を使用するエポキシ樹脂を用いる。【選択図】図１
