REINFORCEMENT RUST PREVENTION FORM SPACER
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a reinforcement rust prevention form spacer material with securing of set covering thickness and containing a metal (zinc or a zinc alloy) having an ionization tendency higher than that of iron as an anode, for the purpose of the elongation of the service life of a reinforced concrete structure.SOLUTION: An anode material body is obtained by coating and molding a catalyst-worked zinc anode 1 and an electrically connected metallic bolt 2 with porous mortar 3 having many gaps. The anode material body and a female screw part provided at a bent connection metal fitting 4 capable of being fitted to a reinforcement are screwed with the metallic bolt exposed from the anode material body and whose tip has been subjected to peak shaping, and the reinforcement is pinched and fasten therebetween to secure firm fixing and electrical conduction, thus effective covering thickness can be obtained. In a state where corrosion current is generated in the reinforcement of the structure body, electrochemical rust prevention effect can be also obtained.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
【課題】 鉄筋コンクリート構造物の長寿命化を目的として、設計かぶり厚さを確保することに加え、鉄よりもイオン化傾向の高い金属(亜鉛又は亜鉛合金)を陽極とした鉄筋防錆型枠スペーサー材を提供する。【解決手段】 触媒加工された亜鉛陽極1と、電気的に接続された金属製ボルト2を、空隙の多い多孔質モルタル3により被覆・成形した陽極材本体と、鉄筋へ取付を可能とした曲げ加工された接続金具4に設けられた雌ネジ部に、陽極材本体から露出する先端を尖頭加工された金属製ボルトをねじ込み、鉄筋を挟み締め付けることで、強固な固定と電気的導通を確保することができ、有効なかぶり厚さの確保と、構造物本体の鉄筋に腐食電流が生じた段階において、電気化学的な防錆効果が得られる。【選択図】図1
