PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a reinforcement spacer that may be manufactured readily using a metallic wire or plate material having spring property, may be fitted simply to a reinforcement, and maintains a fitted posture on the reinforcement stably.SOLUTION: A reinforcement spacer S is the reinforcement spacer S fitted at an intersection of intersecting reinforcements for securing a cover concrete dimension of a concrete structure, and includes a spacer main part 1 and a pair of arm parts 4, 4 fixed on the spacer main part 1. The spacer main part 1 includes a concrete mold contacting surface 2 contacting a concrete mold 20 of a concrete structure to be constructed, and a reinforcement contacting surface 3 contacting a reinforcement 10 on a front side. The pair of arm parts 4, 4 is fixed in an open and almost inverted v-shape in a direction away from the spacer main part 1, and comprises elastically deformable members of which an angle of the open almost inverted v-shape may be changed by compressive deformation caused by external force. The pair of arm parts includes hook parts 4a, 4a engaged to a reinforcement 11 on a rear side with which the reinforcement 10 on the front side intersects on both sides of the reinforcement 10 on the front side, while holding the reinforcement 10 on the front side.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
【課題】バネ性の金属線材又は板材を使用して容易に製造でき、鉄筋に取り付け作業が簡単で、鉄筋に装着した姿勢を安定的に保つことができる鉄筋用スペーサを提供する。【解決手段】鉄筋用スペーサSは、交差する鉄筋の交差部分に取り付けられて、コンクリート構造物のかぶり寸法を確保する鉄筋用スペーサSであって、スペーサ主部1と該スペーサ主部1に固設される一対の腕部4、4とからなり、スペーサ主部1は、構築されるコンクリート構造物の型枠20に当接する型枠当接面2と、手前側の鉄筋10に当接する鉄筋当接面3と、を有し、一対の腕部4、4は、スペーサ主部1から離れる方向へ略ハの字状に拡開して固設され、外力により圧縮変形されて略ハの字状の開き角度が変えられる弾性変形部材からなり、手前側の鉄筋10を挟んだ状態で、その両側で手前側の鉄筋10が交差する奥側の鉄筋11に係止するフック部4a、4aを有する。【選択図】図1
