PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a tile panel such that a tile is not easily separated, even when the tile installed on an inner wall of a tunnel is damaged.SOLUTION: A tile panel comprises a tile set having an upper end tile, a lower end tile, a plurality of intermediate tiles arranged in the longitudinal direction by opening a clearance by a quantity of a horizontal joint between the upper end tile and the lower end tile and a belt-like connection material stuck so as to extend up to a reverse surface of the lower end tile via a reverse surface of the plurality of intermediate tiles from a reverse surface of the upper end tile, a substrate for arranging the plurality of tile sets in the horizontal direction by opening the clearance by a quantity of a vertical joint by applying and pressing the reverse surface of the plurality of tile sets to an adhesive coated on a surface and a cover for sandwiching the substrate and the plurality of tile sets to an upper surface and an undersurface of the substrate and put on so that moisture does not enter an adhesive part between the substrate and the plurality of tile sets.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
【課題】トンネルの内壁に設置されたタイルが損傷を受けた場合でも、タイルが簡単に剥離しないようなタイルパネルを提供する。【解決手段】タイルパネルは、上端タイルと、下端タイルと、前記上端タイルと前記下端タイルの間に横目地の分だけ隙間を空けて縦方向に配される複数の中間タイルと、前記上端タイルの裏面から複数の前記中間タイルの裏面を介して前記下端タイルの裏面まで渡すように貼着された帯状の連結材と、を有するタイルセットと、表面に塗布された接着剤に対し、複数の前記タイルセットの裏面を当てて押圧することにより、複数の前記タイルセットが縦目地の分だけ隙間を空けて横方向に配置された基板と、前記基板の上面及び下面に対し、前記基板と複数の前記タイルセットとを挟持すると共に、前記基板と複数の前記タイルセットとの間の接着部に水分が入り込まないように被せたカバーと、を備える。【選択図】図１
