Tile panel and thereof manufacturing method and construction method using tile panel
The present invention relates to a tile panel, a manufacturing method thereof, and a construction method using the same. The tile panel of the present invention comprises: a plurality of tiles vertically spaced apart from each other at regular intervals, and provided at the same width to be arranged at regular height; a bonding part applied to a predetermined depth from a rear side in a space between the tiles to bind the tiles; a support frame provided at the height of the tiles while being bonded to be spaced apart from the ends of both sides by a predetermined distance on the rear surfaces of the vertically arranged tiles; and a panel support integrally formed with a locking protrusion to be in contact with a cross section of the tiles at the center of the width while being partially detachably inserted into a plurality of non-bonded parts formed between the rear surfaces of the tiles and the support frame. Therefore, faster and easier manufacturing and construction are provided at lowest costs.
본 발명은 타일 패널과 그의 제조방법 및 이를 이용한 시공방법에 관한 것으로서, 수직으로 일정 간격이 이격되도록 하면서 일정한 높이로서 배열되게 동일한 폭으로 구비되는 복수의 타일; 상기 타일간 이격되는 공간에서 배면측으로부터 일정 깊이로 도포되어 상기 타일간을 접합되게 하는 접합부; 수직으로 배열되는 복수의 타일들의 배면에서 양측의 단부로부터 일정 폭을 이격하여 접착되도록 하면서 상기 타일들 높이로 구비하는 지지 프레임; 상기 타일의 배면과 상기 지지 프레임 사이에 형성되는 복수의 비접합부에 일부가 착탈 가능하게 삽입되면서 폭 중앙에는 타일의 단면에 밀착될 수 있도록 하는 걸림돌기가 일체로 형성되는 패널 지지구의 결합으로 이루어지게 함으로써 보다 빠르고 쉬우면서 최대한 저렴한 제작과 시공성을 제공한다.
