PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a building of becoming easy in construction work even when requiring repair work again, without requiring to fix by inserting or filling a spacer and mortar, even when repairing an inclined or settled part of the building, by lifting up the whole building.SOLUTION: In a building composed of a foundation composed of concrete and a structure constructed on this foundation, the building is provided so that the foundation is provided with a plurality of lifting devices for supporting the structure liftably in the height direction, and the lifting devices can lift in a horizontal-keeping state of the structure.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 7
【課題】建築物全体をリフトアップさせる事ができ、建築物の傾斜や沈下した部分を補修など行う際にも、スペーサやモルタル等を挿入又は充填して固定する必要が無く、再度補修工事が必要になった場合にも該工事作業が容易となる建築物の提供。【解決手段】コンクリートからなる基礎と、この基礎上に構築された構造物とからなる建築物であって、前記基礎には、前記構造物を高さ方向に昇降自在に支持する昇降装置が複数設けられており、当該昇降装置は、前記構造物の水平を保った状態で昇降可能である事を特徴とする建築物を提供する。【選択図】図７
