PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method that can recycle a contaminant in a waste coolant liquid water.SOLUTION: A treatment method of waste coolant liquid water of the present invention includes a distilling step for distilling by heating the waste coolant liquid water, a mixing step of obtaining a mixed raw material by mixing a concentrate of the waste coolant liquid water remained after the distillation and a siliceous raw material, and a sintering step of obtaining a ceramic product by sintering the mixed raw material. Further, the treatment method of the waste coolant liquid water of the present invention may include a phosphate removing step for removing the phosphate by precipitating phosphate in the waste coolant liquid water by adding a calcium compound in the waste coolant liquid water as a preceding step of the distilling step.SELECTED DRAWING: None
【課題】本発明は、廃クーラント液水中の夾雑物を再資源化できる方法を提供する。【解決手段】本発明の廃クーラント液水の処理方法は、廃クーラント液水を加熱して蒸留する蒸留工程、前記蒸留して残った廃クーラント液水の濃縮物をケイ酸質原料と混合して混合原料を得る混合工程、および該混合原料を焼成して窯業製品を得る焼成工程を含む方法である。また、本発明の廃クーラント液水の処理方法は、前記蒸留工程の前工程として、廃クーラント液水にカルシウム化合物を添加して、廃クーラント液水中のリン酸塩を沈殿させて除去する、リン酸塩除去工程をさらに含むこともある。【選択図】なし
