ROAD SURFACE REPAIR METHOD AND ROAD SURFACE REPAIR KIT
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a road surface repair method that can repair a pot-hole just after discovering the pot-hole with a small number of people and in a short time.SOLUTION: Quick hardening polymer cement mortar is produced, and the quick hardening polymer cement mortar is filled in a recess of a road surface (step A). After that, the additional aggregate is laid and leveled on a surface of the quick hardening polymer cement mortar (step B). Then, the additional aggregate is embedded in the surface of the quick hardening polymer cement mortar (C step). In such case, a portion of the additional aggregate is exposed from the surface. The quick hardening polymer cement mortar is hardened in a short time.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3
【課題】ポットホールの発見直後に少人数かつ短時間で補修することができる路面補修方法を提供する。【解決手段】急硬性ポリマーセメントモルタルを製造し、路面の窪みに急硬性ポリマーセメントモルタルを充填する（工程Ａ）。その後、追加骨材を急硬性ポリマーセメントモルタル表面に敷き均す（工程Ｂ）。そして、追加骨材を急硬性ポリマーセメントモルタル表面に埋め込む（Ｃ工程）。その際、追加骨材の一部を表面より露出させる。急硬性ポリマーセメントモルタルは短時間で硬化する。【選択図】図３
