MORTAR COMPOSITION FOR PAVED ROAD SURFACE REPAIR AND METHOD FOR PAVED ROAD SURFACE REPAIR
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a mortar composition for paved road surface repair capable of performing construction with a simple construction method.SOLUTION: A mortar composition for paved road surface repair comprises cement, re-emulsified powder resin, fiber, and aggregate. The cement comprises alumina cement or an accelerating agent, and is shaped as a powder 1 material type when packed. As re-emulsified powder resin is contained and the cement comprises alumina cement or an accelerating agent, the mortar composition is able to demonstrate cement strength in a short amount of time even when a large amount of water is added. Therefore, the mortar composition for paved road surface repair of the present invention is capable of performing construction with a simple construction method in which the mortar composition and water are not measured accurately such as a construction method of filling a repair part with the mortar composition and spraying water, or a construction method of mixing the mortar composition and water with an approximate volume ratio and then filling the repair part.SELECTED DRAWING: None
【課題】簡便な施工方法で施工することが可能な路面舗装補修用モルタル組成物を提供すること。【解決手段】路面舗装補修用モルタル組成物は、セメント、再乳化粉末樹脂、繊維及び骨材を含有する路面舗装補修用モルタル組成物において、セメントがアルミナセメントを含有するセメント又は急結材を含有するセメントであって、荷姿が粉体１材型であるものである。再乳化粉末樹脂を含有し、セメントがアルミナセメントを含有するセメント又は急結材を含有するセメントであるため、モルタル組成物は、加水量に幅があっても短時間でセメント強度を発揮することができる。このため、本発明の路面舗装補修用モルタル組成物は、モルタル組成物を補修部位に充填して水を散布する施工方法、水とおよその体積比率で混合して充填する施工方法、などのモルタル組成物と水とを正確に計量しない簡便な施工方法であっても施工することが可能である。【選択図】なし
