PILE FOUNDATION STRUCTURE, DEVICE FOR BURYING PRECAST PILE AND METHOD FOR CONSTRUCTING PILE FOUNDATION STRUCTURE BY DEVICE FOR BURYING PRECAST PILE
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a pile foundation structure in which earthquake strengthening is applied to at least an upper pile or a pile head of the upper pile in a pile foundation formed by burying a precast pile with a hollow pile diameter internal part; and a method for constructing a pile foundation structure which can construct the pile foundation structure simply without largely changing a conventional method for constructing a pile foundation structure or adding a construction process.SOLUTION: An upper pile 4 is buried in a pile hole 3 by self-sinking rotation of a precast pile by using a device 11 for burying a precast pile comprising a rotary cap body 9 and a discharge liquid feed rod 10, and after completion of burying the upper pile 4, the rotary cap body 9 is turned reversely and the rotary cap body 9 is removed from the upper pile 4. While the device 11 for burying a precast pile is pulled up, cement milk 8 is discharged from a discharge port of the discharge liquid feed rod 10, and a pile diameter internal part 14 of the upper pile 4 is filled with the cement milk 8 so that a pile foundation structure 1 is constructed.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3
【課題】杭径内部が中空の既製杭を埋設してなる杭基礎において、少なくとも上杭あるいは上杭の杭頭部に耐震補強を施した杭基礎構造、及び、従来の杭基礎構造の構築方法を大きく変えたり施工工程を増やしたりすることなく、簡便に前記杭基礎構造が構築できる杭基礎構造の構築方法を提供する。【解決手段】回転キャップ本体9と吐出液供給ロッド10とからなる既製杭埋設装置11を用いて既製杭の自沈回転により杭穴3に上杭4を埋設し、上杭4の埋設完了後に前記回転キャップ本体9を逆回転させて該回転キャップ本体9を上杭4から外し、前記既製杭埋設装置11を引き上げながら前記吐出液供給ロッド10の吐出口からセメントミルク8を吐出し、前記上杭4の杭径内部14をセメントミルク8で充填して杭基礎構造1を構築する。【選択図】 図3
