ROTARY CAP, PRECAST PILE BURYING DEVICE, AND PILE FOUNDATION STRUCTURE CONSTRUCTION METHOD
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a pile foundation structure construction method capable of simply constructing a pile foundation structure having antiseismic reinforcement applied to at least an upper pile or the upper pile's head part, in a pile foundation constructed by burying a hollow precast pile having a hollow in a pile-diameter section.SOLUTION: A pile foundation structure 1 including an upper pile 4 having a pile-diameter section 29, at least part or all of which is filled with cement milk 8, is constructed by using a precast pile burying device 15 composed of: a rotary cap composed of a rotary cap body 10 and a pipe body 11; and a discharge liquid supply rod 16 to which an excavation rod 22 having an excavation head 20 at the excavation rod's lower end is attached.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 5
【課題】杭径内部が中空の中空既製杭を埋設してなる杭基礎において、少なくとも上杭あるいは上杭の杭頭部に耐震補強を施した杭基礎構造を、従来の杭基礎構造の構築方法を大きく変えたり施工工程を増やしたりすることなく、簡便に構築できる杭基礎構造の構築方法を提供する。【解決手段】回転キャップ本体10と管体11とからなる回転キャップと、下端に掘削ヘッド20のある掘削ロッド22を取り付けた吐出液供給ロッド16とからなる既製杭埋設装置15を用いて、少なくとも上杭4の杭径内部29の一部もしくは全部にセメントミルク8が充填された杭基礎構造1を構築する。【選択図】 図5
