WATERPROOF CONSTRUCTION METHOD USING TABULAR WATERPROOF MATERIAL, AND TABULAR WATERPROOF MATERIAL USED THEREFOR
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a waterproof construction method that requires no skillful construction technique, makes it possible to perform construction efficiently in a short period while easily securing a uniform film thickness on a construction surface with an inclined substrate, and is capable of easily confirming that no air remains on the back side of a waterproof material.SOLUTION: A waterproof construction method includes at least: a first process of applying primer to a construction surface C to form a primer layer 20; a second process of applying a coating film waterproof material 1L on the primer layer; a third process that, before the coating film waterproof material's drying out, deposits a tabular waterproof material 11, which is previously molded so as to have predetermined thickness and size by using the same composition as that of the coating film waterproof material used in the second process, on the coating film waterproof material and includes a plurality of small holes 12; and a fourth process of pressing the tabular waterproof material from above to expose the coating film waterproof material 1L from the small holes to a surface. Thereby, the waterproof construction method forms a waterproof layer 10 on the back side of a tabular waterproof material, the waterproof layer having no risk of air being sealed and remaining.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
【課題】熟練した施工技術を要することなく、下地に勾配がある施工面において均一な膜厚を容易に確保しつつ、短期間で効率良く施工することを可能とし、さらに、防水材の裏側に空気が残存していないことを容易に確認することができる防水施工方法を提供する。【解決手段】本発明の防水施工方法は、施工面Cに対してプライマーを塗布してプライマー層20を形成する第一工程と、このプライマー層の上に塗膜防水材1Lを塗布する第二工程と、この塗膜防水材が乾燥する前に、その上に、第二工程で用いる塗膜防水材と同一の組成物を用いて予め所定の厚み及び大きさに成形し、かつ、複数の小孔12を備える板状防水材11を被着する第三工程と、板状防水材を上から押さえ、その小孔より塗膜防水材1Lを表面に露呈させる第四工程とを少なくとも備え、板状防水材の裏側に空気が密封されて残存するおそれの無い防水層10を形成する。【選択図】図1
